In the caption, Haddon wrote that it was a "pleasure" to join the host and discuss "aging gracefully, tuning into the gifts every age offers [and] knowing your worth and your values" in the episode. "We as women, and the girls, have to be sovereign and own our life that every age has gifts to give us.



Every age has secrets,” she said on the podcast. “And if we desperately hold on to the prior age, afraid to blossom into the other ages, we will never hear what those ages have to offer us."
