The former footballer, 49, shocked fans when he posted a picture to reveal his gruelling workout routine, plus the reason for his chosen activewear - or lack of.
David showed off his ripped physique whilst in the middle of a weighted set when he was caught on camera, an orange T-shirt tucked into his shorts. He captioned the post: 'My wife said my Orange vest was too bright so I took it off judging my workout clothes @victoriabeckham you know u love it really sorry @mrbobbyrich not my best form this was the 6th set'. Fans couldn't help but gush over David's toned body, with many thanking Victoria - a renowned fashion designer - for her fashion advice.
