DANNY Jones broke down in tears tonight as he opened up on his 20-year struggle with anxiety on I’m A Celebrity. The McFly star showed his vulnerable side during a chat about tattoos, which soon turned personal. Rocker Danny revealed the story behind a tattoo on his chest that reads, “The day’s worthwhile when you make someone smile”, explaining it was a mantra his grandad lived by.

The campmates laughed as Jane recounted her own tattoo story, confessing to abandoning a bluebird tattoo in her youth, and she joked: “It’s like a golden eagle now because my arse has got bigger!” The conversation took a poignant turn when Danny pointed to the tattoos on his wrists that read, “Don’t worry, be happy”. He also recalled a harrowing experience of having a panic attack on live TV during an interview. The lead singer told his campmates: “I was freaking out and I couldn’t answer the question that got asked to me. “My heart rate goes crazy, I went white, and I felt like I was going to puke.
