Sarah Jane Ramos is the latest victim in a string of robberies thought to be targeting the NFL and NBA . According to a report from Dallas-based news station WFAA — Ramos, who is the fiancee of Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott — reportedly had over $40,000 items stolen from her car while she was attending a pilates class on Thursday, December 26. The news station obtained a report from the Dallas Police Department, noting that Ramos "quickly rushed inside due to the rain" and "[d]ue to the haste, she forgot to lock her [vehicle] door.
" Upon returning to her car after class, Ramos noticed that several pieces of property were taken including designer handbags and wallets by big name fashion brands, like Chanel, YSL, Gucci, Louis Vuitton and Prada. The report also noted that Ramos received a notification that "her credit cards were being used at [another] location." The news of this robbery comes after Dallas Mavericks shooting guard Luka Doncic 's home was reportedly broken into on Friday, December 27, and over $23,000 worth of jewelry was reported to be stolen.
At the time of writing, the Dallas Police Department is investigating both crimes. Back in November, the homes of Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes and tight end Travis Kelce were burglarized. Milwaukee Bucks forward Bobby Portis and Minnesota Timberwolves guard Mike Conley Jr.
