DALLAS — After making a record-breaking bag for his on-field play, Cowboys' quarterback Dak Prescott is doing the same off the field. Sony Pictures released a new trailer for 'Venom: The Last Dance', the third and likely final movie in the 'Venom' trilogy, starring Dak. In the trailer, Prescott references his signature warmup, his brand-new contract and, of course, the Cowboys! If you're hoping to see Prescott alongside Tom Hardy on the silver screen, you'll be out of luck.

The NFL star was just edited into a previously-released clip for a fun promo. Prescott makes a lot of money as Dallas' starting quarterback—his new contract makes him the highest-paid player in the NFL and one of the top 50 highest-paid athletes in the world. But his off-the-field ventures also earn him a pretty penny.

A quick scroll through Prescott's X profile shows sponsorship deals from Beats, Lowe's, Sleep Number, 7-Eleven, Anheuser-Busch, Albertson's and many more. In 2023, Forbes estimates Prescott made $15 million from endorsements—about half of his salary at the time. Outside of companies endorsing him, Prescott has also become a venture capitalist.

Most recently, he helped launch a new luxury tequila brand called Volteo . Prescott also owns a 20-percent share of current and future Walk-On’s Sports Bistreaux restaurants in Dallas-Fort Worth and Waco, according to our content partners at the Dallas Business Journal ..
