This advancement enables faster, more intuitive access to travel data insights, allowing users to search, visualize, and analyze information with ease. With this update, users can enter natural language queries instead of relying on specific keywords.

For instance, they can ask: Analytics processes these requests in near real-time, delivering clear and easily digestible insights directly from booking data. Users also have the flexibility to customize their results, choosing display formats like tables, graphs, or charts. Beyond delivering relevant results, Analytics can analyze user-generated Liveboards1 to identify and summarize any significant trends or shifts, such as a decline in online adoption rates or an uptick in carbon emissions.



The AI-generated summaries highlight potential causes and impacts on KPIs, allowing users to respond quickly and effectively.
