Tuesday, August 13, 2024 Cunard reveals that Michel Roux, a chef with two Michelin stars, will revisit Norway in 2025 for a new series of exclusive Le Gavroche at Sea residencies. In 2025, renowned two Michelin-starred chef Michel Roux will manage four distinct Le Gavroche residencies during thrilling Fjords trips, with two each on the new Queen Anne vessel and the Flagship Queen Mary 2 from April through August. The season kicks off on Queen Mary 2 with a five-night culinary event at The Verandah during a seven-night roundtrip Fjords journey starting April 6.

Diners will indulge in a five-course tasting menu that captures the essence of the ocean, meticulously crafted with top-tier ingredients by one of the globe’s most acclaimed chefs. Subsequently, on May 11, Roux will take his expertise to Queen Anne, presenting Le Gavroche at Sir Samuels during its Fjords excursion, featuring a selection of his renowned seafood dishes and sophisticated gastronomic staples. On August 15, Roux returns to Queen Mary 2 for a second exclusive session at The Verandah, rounding off his series of residencies on Queen Anne starting August 31.



Dining at Le Gavroche at Sea will incur an additional fee, accommodating up to 60 guests at The Verandah and 50 at Sir Samuels each evening. Enhanced Culinary Offerings Beyond these special residencies, Roux is set to introduce a new upscale seafood dining concept. Both vessels will feature nightly Norwegian seafood delicacies at The Champagne Bar on Queen Mary 2 and Carinthia Lounge on Queen Anne, available for walk-in guests.

Roux will also engage guests with a live cooking show at the Royal Court Theatre and share insights from his illustrious career spanning over 40 years during talks. Additionally, there will be opportunities for book signings during the voyages.
