The countdown is on for the arrival of the biggest cruise ship Princess Cruises has ever based in Australia year-round. There are just over two months to go until Crown Princess sails into Sydney. Arriving into the famous harbour on October 26, the 113,561-tonne Crown Princess carries 3090 guests, making her the firm's biggest ship to sail full-time from Australia.

During her first year cruising from Australia, Princess says Crown Princess will contribute $120 million to the national economy as she makes 78 visits to 21 different ports - a record for any Princess ship. Crown Princess will not only be the biggest Princess ship based in Australia , she will also set sail on the biggest world cruise ever undertaken by any cruise line in either the Southern or Northern Hemisphere. A total of 3000 guests will embark on an epic 113-night circumnavigation of the globe departing from Australia in May 2025.

Cruises range from three to 28 nights with six unique itineraries and 21 maiden port calls.

Other Crown Princess features include more than 200 suites and mini-suites, There are four swimming pools and the Lotus Spa.

Activities include live entertainment in the Princess Theatre and films on the giant Movies Under The Stars screen. A total of 1,200 crew look after guests.
