Couples Resorts is pleased to announce Francine Allen as the new Director of Sales , Canada, while also celebrating the promotion of Garfield Collins to Director of Strategic Accounts, North America. These leadership changes signal the brand’s continued commitment to fostering strong relationships with key partners and driving growth in the North American market.

Francine Allen steps into her role with a wealth of experience, having spent over 17 years in the hospitality industry. She will be responsible for leading sales initiatives in Canada across Couples Resorts’ four renowned properties: Couples Tower Isle, Couples Sans Souci, Couples Swept Away, and Couples Negril. Previously, Francine played a pivotal role at Venturo Hospitality Group in the UK, where she led global marketing strategies and brand management.



Her career also includes notable tenures at Air Canada, Sandals Resorts, and Unique Vacations, making her a valuable addition to the Couples Resorts team. Garfield Collins, now Director of Strategic Accounts, has been with Couples Resorts since 1996, starting his journey at Couples Swept Away. With vast industry knowledge, he has held key positions at SuperClubs and has managed sales operations in The Bahamas, Jamaica, and Cuba.

Garfield’s leadership style, characterized by a straightforward approach and focus on customer service, has been integral to the company’s success. His educational background includes a master’s degree in hospitality and hotel management, a Master’s certification in revenue management and marketing from Cornell University, and a professional development certificate from Georgetown University Center for Cultural Development. Both leaders bring a dynamic combination of experience and innovation, positioning Couples Resorts for continued success and growth in the Canadian and North American markets.
