A Co-op in the city centre will be closed for nearly a month for a makeover. The branch in North Street, Brighton , will reopen on November 28 following a four-week refurbishment. The new-look shop will include a Costa Coffee Express machine, hot food and an increased range of fresh produce alongside everyday essentials; bakery products; food to go; meal deals and more.

It will be open between 7am and 10pm daily. Store manager Ian Hunter said : “The whole team is delighted to have the opportunity to invest in our North Street store.
