The Connecticut Pizza & Brew Fest is making its return following its debut last summer, according to organizers, with Connoisseur Media and New Haven Pizza School joining forces again to bring the Nutmeg state’s culture of pizza and brews to the forefront. The event is returning to the Hartford Healthcare Amphitheater in Bridgeport Sunday, August 11 from noon to 4:30 p.m.

, organizers said in a statement. “Connecticut is all about pizza, especially the Charred kind,” said Frank Zabski of the New Haven Pizza School, one of the organizers of the event. “We have doubled both pizza trucks and craft breweries from 2023, and even have 2 live bands and three pizza panels.



It’s the biggest stand-alone pizza fest in the state.” “We’re thrilled to welcome back the CT Pizza & Brew Fest to the Hartford Healthcare Amphitheater,” said Howard Saffan, president of Hartford Healthcare Amphitheater, in the statement. “The Amp is the ideal venue for an event that combines pizza, brews, and live entertainment.

For us, it’s also an opportunity to showcase our beautiful venue and offer a platform for local vendors and musicians to shine. We’re looking forward to another successful event.” Guests can expect about 50 vendors for pizza, craft beer and desserts, per a statement.

Here is the full lineup as of July 26: Tickets include a VIP option, with a VIP hour from noon to 1 p.m., per a release, giving guests all-you-can-eat pizza samples for $65 per person.

General admission is $30 per person and runs from 1 to 4:30 p.m. The event also includes panel discussions hosted by icons of New Haven Pizza, according to a release.
