FOXBORO — P!nk put on an incredible concert Wednesday night at Gillette Stadium as part of her latest tour Summer Carnival. P!nk had two opening acts, The Script and Sheryl Crow, who both performed some hits as well as a few songs that got them started in the music business. What was interesting was between acts she had DJ KidCutUp keeping the crowd hyped and ready for her unusual entrance.

The stage was decked out with a melting rock ice cream cone, blow up cats and funky smileys, a bright-colored beach ball, even shimmering palm trees lined the stage, all to fit that Summer Carnival rock vibe. Her fans all dressed in bright colors, some just wearing pink, others dressing like the 90s and rock style. P!nk dropped down from the top of the stage in a harness and bungee in a sparkle leotard singing “Get The Party Started” and doing flips through the air above the stage.

Once she was on the stage she brought the hype to the crowd bouncing and dancing around. She sang her classics like “Raise Your Glass” from her 2010 album Greatest Hits..

. So Far!!! and “Just Like a Pill” from her 2001 album Missundaztood, before going into “What About Us” from the album Beautiful Trauma that had many cinematic experiences like fire sparklers and smoke rising from the stage. P!nk is known for all the stunts she does in the air while singing and she showed that during her song “Turbulence” from Trustfall.

After her piano player, Jason Chapman, came out and played a little while, P!nk had to guess what song it was and would get candy which she threw into the crowd. She talked about how she was amazed at the large size of the stadium and thanked everyone for coming out because they could have all chosen to stay home in sweatpants instead. Singing “Just Like Fire”, P!nk was rocking out with her guitar player and backup singers before the stage lit up with fire effects.

P!nk often brings her daughter Willow out to sing with her and Gillette roared with screams for her while P!nk proudly stood back and let her take the stage to sing “Cover Me In Sunshine.” After a quick change into a now black sparkle leotard, P!nk returned by coming down in a geometrical shaped prop singing “Try” doing twists and turns and aerial stunts above the stage. P!nk wrapped up her show with two songs “Blow Me (one last kiss) and “Never Gonna Not Dance Again” with such energy you would think there were still hours to go before the end.

She never once looked like she was ready to stop the party. The encore was what the whole crowd was waiting for — P!nk walked to the end of the stage where two dancers were waiting for her. They got her ready to go into a harness that was attached to cords while the crowd waited in anticipation of what the singer was about to do.

With the opening chords of “So What,” P!nk rose slightly above the stage, when the line “So What” hit, she took off across the stadium, flying above the crowd. She was aloft for about 4 minutes, going to each part of the stadium, singing and waving to fans high and low. There were times when she would drop down almost like she was going to touch you and then back up she went, doing flips and turns all while singing.

It ended with a few fireworks being shot into the sky and her safely landing..
