COMME des GARÇONS has partnered with heritage luxury British fashion house, Burberry for a new take on one of their most iconic silhouettes. For the second time, the label led by Rei Kawakubo has collaborated with Burberry to give her own reimagination of one of the most iconic coats in the world. Last year, COMME des GARÇONS released two coats with the brand that pinpointed details of tartan and fur.

For the second installment, COMME des GARÇONS gives the classic Long Kensington Heritage Trench Coat a studded rendition. Then integrity of the trench coat is kept in tact but a pyramid of studs are added to the shoulder lapel as well as the upper arms. A nod to the punk era, the coat is hand-studded and receives a contemporary update to the otherwise iconic coat.

The coat lands in the typical tan color. The collaborative coat is only available at the COMME des GARÇONS Aoyama Store in Tokyo. The limited-edition piece comes in Size 44 to 52.
