“The dream” is what the French phrase “le reve” translates to in English. I had the opportunity to dine at La Reve this week as they prepared for their official opening Friday. As I was eating charcuterie, asparagus and an amazing wagyu carpaccio, I looked around at a busy restaurant and the beautiful fireplace and amazing chandeliers.
