COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ) The man shot Sunday night in northeast Columbia has died. The Columbia Police Department said in a news release Thursday that Orrion Moody, 28, of Columbia, died Wednesday at the Columbia hospital where he was treated for his wounds.

Police on Wednesday arrested Tavion Johnson, 19, on six felony charges including armed criminal action and first-degree assault. He was being held Thursday in the Boone County Jail without bond. Police are working with detectives to adjust the charges against Johnson after Moody's death, the release says.

A woman called police late Sunday saying her mobile home had been shot and officers found several bullet holes and shell casings, a probable cause statement says. Police found a man wounded by gunfire, cars hit by bullets and casings from multiple guns, the statement says. The statement says one person admitted to firing a gun after being fired at from another residence.

Johnson was identified as one of the shooters. Investigators used Instagram videos showing Johnson waving guns at the scene before the shooting to corroborate the identification, documents say. Police also found evidence to refute Johnson's alibi, the statement says.

The statement indicates the shooting might have been part of an ongoing feud between Johnson and another person. A witness who wished to remain anonymous out of fear for their safety told ABC 17 News that a group of six people were waiting near the corner of a white fence on the property and beg.
