Coleen Nolan fired back at a cruel troll who ripped into a video of Ruth Langsford as she made a return to Loose Women this week. On Monday, July 22, Ruth Langsford made a triumphant return to Loose Women after two months away due to her split from husband Eamonn Holmes. Sources close to Ruth, 64, said she was left hurt and upset over her marriage breakdown, with her steering clear from the topic on the show.

As Ruth returned to the ITV Daytime show, the Loose Women Instagram account shared a Reel where they mashed together a slew of clips from behind-the-scenes. "A sneak peek behind the scenes at Loose Women," they penned alongside the video starring each of the Loose Ladies. "Great to see Ruth back on Loose Women.

She has had a tough time but held her head high. Well done," penned one fan, touching on Ruth's return. Another then said: "Brilliant seeing Ruth again yesterday.

She's been missed." Someone else then echoed: "Great to see Ruth back." While a fourth penned: "So good to see the beautiful Ruth back.

" But not all comments were complimentary, with the Instagram Reel seemingly riling up one disgruntled troll. The troll penned a brutal comment which read: "Money for old rope. Some on that shod need replaced.

Washed up actress Nolan for a start." Coleen Nolan then weighed in, seemingly angry with the cruel comment but maintaining class, dignity and composure. She fired back: "Ah, Stui.

.. Bless you.

It's ok. I'm sorry you're so angry and sad..

. I can help though? "Here's your first lesson..

. Just don't watch, honestly we'll get over it. Also, thanks for calling me an actress.

. I mean I'm not, but I'll take it! Also, it's a show not a shod? Anyway, hope this helps! Have a lovely day x," she concluded. The troll then backtracked on what they had said and replied to Coleen's comment, writing: "There's no edit on Instagram once you post!! I know you were in the Nolans and you had a great career.

Great songs and loved 'Don't Make Waves'!! Take care." This comes after Ruth split from her husband Eammon. A friend of Ruth, who was last on the ITV show in April, said: "It has been a tough few weeks but now she feels it is time for her to get back to Loose Women .

It is a job she loves doing and even though the split has been very tough, life must go on. "Just don't expect any big news or revelations about the divorce, she wants to keep that private." Ruth was joined on the show by Coleen Nolan , Brenda Edwards and Janet Street-Porter when she made her comeback earlier this week.
