Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy along with the Deputy Chief Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka and other senior leaders here on Thursday a staged a demonstration at the office of Enforcement Directorate (ED) near Gun park demanding that the ED probe into the assets of SEBI chairperson Madhabi Puri Buch and Adani Group. Revanth Reddy and other leaders squatted at the ED office and took part in the demonstration. They participated in it following a call of the All India Congress Committee (AICC) to all the leaders in the State to stage protests at the ED offices.
Holding posters with a slogan - The truth will prevail - the leaders raised slogans denouncing the attitude of the Central government. Addressing the party leaders, Revanth Reddy criticized the Prime Minister Narendra Modi for failing to heed to the suggestions of the Opposition parties demand to constitute a Joint Parliamentary Committee on the issue. Quoting the Hindenburg research report, he said the report clearly exposed the exploitation of financial resources in the country.
