It's happening! Grammy-winning artist Dua Lipa is set to perform in India on November 30. The concert will take place at MMRDA, BKC in Mumbai as part of the Zomato Feeding India Concert (ZFIC). The event will also feature performances by renowned artists such as Jonita Gandhi and Talwiinder.
This marks Lipa's second performance in India following her debut at a music festival in Mumbai back in 2019. Zomato CEO announced Lipa's performance Zomato CEO Deepinder Goyal announced the news on X on Friday, expressing his admiration for Lipa. He described her as his favorite global pop icon and an inspiration to millions worldwide.
In response to the announcement, Lipa reportedly shared her enthusiasm about returning to India for the concert. She recalled her recent trip as a beautiful reminder of her love for India and expressed eagerness to perform at the ZFIC in November 2024. After this period, tickets will be open for purchase starting August 29. The concert venue will be divided into two zones - Gold and Silver, with facilities including a lounge, merchandise store, bars, restrooms, and food & beverage counters. ZFIC: A platform for fighting malnutrition The ZFIC is an initiative by Zomato's Feeding India program to combat malnutrition.
The concert will run from 3:00pm to 10:00pm on November 30. Resale of tickets is permitted but only through the official Zomato Live reselling platform. There are no age restrictions for entry, but children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult and those aged six or older need a separate ticket.
