Clase Azul México brings Día de Muertos to life in its latest release, Día de Muertos Edición Limitada Música, the fourth piece in its ongoing collection, Nuestros Recuerdos . This edition, limited to 10,000 decanters, honors Día de Muertos through music—the rhythms and sounds that animate this celebrated tradition, inviting joy and remembrance across Mexico. The story of Nuestros Recuerdos began in 2021, with editions inspired by flavors, colors, and aromas, and now reaches new emotional depths with Música.

Master Distiller Viridiana Tinoco embraced the idea of blending music into sensory notes. “I wanted to reinterpret music into sensorial chords to evoke nostalgia, since during Día de Muertos we remember the great moments shared with our loved ones,” says Tinoco. Aged 26 months, including time in Scotch whisky casks, this añejo tequila offers smoky and sweet notes reminiscent of Día de Muertos.

The plum-colored decanter, designed by illustrator David Espinosa, features a lively, skeletal musical parade in lilac and gold hues. Topped with a 24-karat gold Catrina figure, each handcrafted bottle is a tribute to artisans in Tesistán, Jalisco. Priced at $1,500, this edition weaves flavor, tradition, and artistry into a true celebration of Mexico’s spirit.
