King Charles , 75, wore a kilt complete with a traditional sporran as he visited Holyrood today while Queen Camilla , 77, stunned in a dusty blue overcoat with a green tartan collar and matching fascinator. Addressing a host of familiar faces including former First Ministers Nicola Sturgeon and Humza Yousaf, King Charles called the opening of the Scottish Parliament in 1999 a 'new dawn' for the country.
