I hardly post anymore," she wrote via Instagram in November 2020. "And I def do not want to post my kids every freaking day to make it a contest of who's a better parent f that. This doesn't mean I'm not with my kids - it means the opposite - I am with them- I'm present.

So stop parent shaming people, stop choosing sides when there is no side to choose." They settled their dispute in November 2022, agreeing to make some "exceptions" to their initial shared custody plan and evenly dividing where Hudson would spend holidays. In a lengthy Mother's Day post in May 2023, Christina reflected on the challenging situation.

"Crazy how much life can change in a year. Last Mother's Day I was in a very bad place," she wrote via Instagram. "Going through an extremely unnecessary custody battle, family issues, dealing with a health scare- amongst other things.

They would be joined by Josh and Heather. “The good thing about this show in particular is that it’s gonna be fun. It’s a competition,” Christina exclusively told Us in July 2024.

“There’s not gonna be any bad blood no matter what happens. None of us are taking it as seriously to actually get mad about stuff. We just decided to have fun with it no matter what.

Because when you’re having fun filming that’s the most important thing, because that’s what the audience is gonna notice.” Credit: Rodin Eckenroth/WireImage Josh Hall Divorce After three years of marriage, Christina and Josh each filed for divorce in July 2024. They did not sign a prenuptial agreement ahead of their wedding and Josh is seeking half of the profits from her HGTV shows.

“I have worked my ass off to build this life for myself and my children and anyone who would try and take what they do not deserve / what they did NOT work for should be ashamed. An insecure man with a large ego can sure try to derail you — but ‘still I rise,’” she wrote via Instagram Story. Christina further noted that “divorces do not happen overnight.

” Amid the divorce news, Us confirmed that Josh would no longer be involved in The Flip Off. In order to view the gallery, please allow Manage Cookies For access to all our exclusive celebrity videos and interviews – Subscribe on YouTube!.
