Power North America Hotel Guest Satisfaction Survey Report. For the third consecutive year, WoodSpring Suites has earned this top honor, having previously been recognized as the #1 economy extended stay brand in 2023 and the #1 overall economy hotel brand in 2022. As a brand known for its new-construction properties, WoodSpring Suites provides longer-term guests with a welcoming atmosphere and spacious, well-designed suites featuring in-room kitchens, all at affordable weekly and monthly rates.

The 2024 study evaluates the performance of 103 brands across nine market segments, drawing on feedback from 39,468 branded hotel guests who stayed between May 2023 and May 2024..
