Friday, November 8, 2024 Hoiana Resort & Golf is proud to announce the grand opening of its state-of-the-art Hoiana Pickleball Court, now offering eight premium indoor and outdoor courts designed to elevate pickleball in the region. The Hoiana Pickleball Court is set to host the prestigious World Pickleball Championship in January 2025, bringing international competition to its newly unveiled facilities. The grand opening event was a distinguished affair, attended by Mr.
Tao Viet Hai, Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Quang Nam, alongside Mr. Jan David, founder of Pickleball Global and the World Pickleball Championship. Representatives from local pickleball clubs, authorities, and media also gathered to celebrate this milestone in Hoiana’s growing sports and wellness offerings.
With this launch, Hoiana Resort & Golf takes a significant leap in broadening its recreational and wellness amenities, providing exceptional facilities for both local and international guests. During the ceremony, Jan David announced Hoiana Resort & Golf as the title sponsor for the 2025 World Pickleball Championship, an elite tournament that brings together top-tier pickleball talent. The championship will feature competitive elimination rounds hosted across multiple countries, culminating at Hoiana’s world-class venue.
The grand finale in January will see top players from eight countries and regions, including mainland China, India, Vietnam, Korea, Malaysia, Thai.
