Nestled aboard the First Nile Boat by Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at The First Residence, Zoé restaurant enchants diners with its serene Mediterranean-inspired color schemes, offering a memorable dining escapade with breathtaking Nile and Cairo panoramas. This September, Zoé’s new Chef de Cuisine, Marios Papadopoulos, is poised to guide patrons on an extraordinary gastronomic voyage with a fresh, enticing menu that showcases signature dishes from Italy, Spain, Greece, and Morocco.



Hailing from Greece, Chef Marios views Egypt as his second home and is passionate about uniting people through the joy of exceptional food, a value deeply rooted in his Greek heritage. “Behind every dish is my personal story, a heart-led approach, and a passion for creating connections with guests,” says Chef Marios . “I’m thrilled to begin my journey at Zoé, blending my heritage and love for seafood into a diverse menu that celebrates the rich Mediterranean flavours that will forever linger among our guests,” Chef Marios adds .

Chef Marios Papadopoulos’ latest menu at Zoé brims with Mediterranean delights, ranging from Shrimp Saganaki and Lobster Linguine to Spanish-style Mussels and Moroccan Lamb Shank, catering to all who savor the rich flavors of the sea. Offerings include Grilled Sea Bass accompanied by Artichokes, Grilled Salmon paired with Gnocchi, and Sea Bream Risotto. The menu also features a selection of traditional Greek-inspired starters such as tzatziki, roasted htipiti, and taramosalata, perfect for sharing.
