Charlotte Church's rural wellbeing and healing retreat has been named as the best spa in Wales. Two hotels in north and south-west Wales were also named in the list of the very best spas across the UK. Converted into a stunning rural retreat by the Welsh singer, Rhydolog House in Powys - now known as The Dreaming Retreat - left our reviewer feeling "like I had entered another world or dimension.
The awe-inspiring surroundings of the renovated rural home aren't the only attraction, although they'd be enough on their own - on an all-inclusive retreat you'll spend time meditating, eating delicious home-cooked food and getting to know your fellow guests. Now The Dreaming Retreat has been named the Welsh spa of the year by The Times and Sunday Times, in the newspapers' list of the 50 best spas in the UK for 2024 . Other Welsh spas named in the top 50 were St Brides Spa Hotel in Saundersfoot and The Quay Hotel & Spa in Conwy .
