Linda Evangelista famously said that she wouldn't get out of bed for less than $10,000 – and fellow model Charlotte Casiraghi certainly looked as if she was fresh from a good night's sleep at 's most recent runway show. The Monégasque socialite wore a navy and white pinstripe set of pyjamas by the brand for the SS25 catwalk presentation, at which she was joined by fellow VIP guests Margaret Qualley, Riley Keough and Greta Gerwig. Casiraghi looked relaxed and happy as she posed in her co-ordinating set, which she teamed with with Chanel's iconic, toe-capped heels, letting her dark hair fall in waves to her shoulders.
It's no wonder that the royal was present and correct on the front row – Casiraghi has a strong relationship with Chanel, and has been an ambassador for the brand since 2020. In 2021, she fronted its SS21 campaign and, in 2022, she made quite the entrance when she rode her own horse down the runway, dressed in a classic tweed jacket, for the brand's haute show. A noble steed had not had such a fashionable moment since Bianca Jagger rode hers into Studio 54 – but Casiraghi is well-used to hopping into the saddle.
The daughter of Princess Caroline of and the granddaughter of the late Princess Grace, Casiraghi is 11th in line to the throne of Monaco, and a darling of the fashionable smart set. An accomplished rider, she once had design her showjumping uniform – think white jodhpurs that call to mind a certain Jilly Cooper book cover – and is now the honor.
