Nigro said the duo had finished five tracks so far, adding: “I’ll say that much.
It’s a new version of Chappell.” With one track set to feature the fiddle, Nigro went on to teased a “fun, up-tempo country song,” a “couple of ballads” and a “mid-tempo rock song”. The producer added that Roan would not be writing about her negative experiences with fame , which she has been outspoken about in recent times .
“That hasn’t come up in any songs,” he said. “We’re still writing from a really fun place. We’ll see what happens.

We have one that’s really Eighties, and we have one that’s acoustic, and we have one that’s really organic, live-band, Seventies vibe. It’s super weird.” So far, fans suspect that one song on the new album could be ‘Subway’, which Roan debuted at her Governor’s.
