.. In court documents obtained by People , Jenna has asked to have Channing ‘s legal team dismissed, citing a “conflict of interest.

” On Wednesday (August 28), she filed new paperwork, saying that the actor was using “every trick in the book to stall this case from getting to a trail.” The documents allege that he is also “depriving Jenna of a fair and equal share of the community estate, and he is prejudicing her every day that this case continues.” Channing ‘s team also filed documents, accusing her of delaying the trial.

They claimed that Channing “has made exhaustive efforts to settle all issues in this matter without litigation. He has made countless settlement proposals, attended multiple mediations, his attorneys have prepared numerous drafts of a proposed judgment, and he has tried to resolve issues directly.” His team described her request as “a frivolous filing that has no basis in law or fact” and accused her team of missing deadlines for discovery.

They are seeking sanctions of $20,000. Despite the battle, an insider said that Jenna and Channing are leaving the legal battle to their teams. “They are still hashing out financials,” they explained.
