RANGERS hero Ally McCoist admits he was SHOCKED by the gap between the two teams as Philippe Clement finally managed to record an Old Firm win over Celtic at the seventh attempt. The Ibrox hero took in the big game in Govan with his family and was delighted with what he saw. The Belgian cleverly deployed Nedim Bajrami on him, forcing centre halves Cameron Carter Vickers and Liam Scales to make forward passes - with aggressive midfield duo Nico Raskin and Mohamed Diomande cutting off the passing lanes to Reo Hatate and Paulo Bernardo then counter attacking with pace. It was a winning formula as the Gers fired in a whopping 24 shots to four on the day, with nine on target to a solitary one. No wonder McCoist was in ebullient fashion as he discussed it with Hoope-daft radio pal Alan Brazil - even if he still reckons Celtic will be crowned league champions at the end of the season.
