The event was hosted at The Venue as part of Saudi Arabia's annual winter festival of Riyadh Season.
The 1001 Seasons of Elie Saab event brought together Celine Dion, Jennifer Lopez (JLO), Elissa, Nancy Ajram, Hande Ercel, Amr Diab, and Camila Cabello. Meanwhile, the designs were presented by a number of famous supermodels including Candice Swanepoel, Isabeli Fontana, Adriana Lima, and Sara Sampaio. According to Elie Saab media, a brand-new collection, "designed exclusively for this event", was unveiled on November 13 to celebrate his 45-year career.
About Elie Saab In 1982, when he was 18, Elie Saab founded his eponymous couture atelier in Beirut. He was the first non-Italian designer invited to the Camera Nazionale della Moda in Rome in 1997. Saab's fate in the fashion industry was sealed in Milan, where he launched his ready-to-wear line in 1998, and soon after in Paris, as the first Lebanese invited to the prestigious Chambre Syndicale(2003).
