Celebrity chef Maggie Beer is recovering in hospital after falling at her home in South Australia’s Barossa Valley. The 79-year-old suffered “a couple” of bone fractures and related injuries, her family said on social media. “Thankfully Col, her husband, was there and she is now in the excellent hands of her doctors who are confident she will make a full recovery,” they said.
“It may just take a little while.”.
