Monday, August 26, 2024 As Golden Week in China draws near, The Standard, Huruvalhi Maldives, is set to transform its serene island into a vibrant hub of activity from October 1-7. Each day offers a new array of enticing activities, ensuring no two days are alike with events ranging from sunrise yoga to spirited late-night karaoke. Day 1: Guests awaken to a serene morning of hatha yoga by the spa for adults, while children engage in creative lantern-making.

The day advances with a social gathering at Todis Beach, where families can connect and savor an array of Chinese dishes against a backdrop of festive decorations and a beachside fire show. Day 2: The culinary adventures continue with a glutinous rice ball-making session led by a pastry chef, followed by crystal healing sessions and a fresh seafood feast at Kula. Day 5: After a spirited sandcastle competition, winners celebrate at a lively pool party. Wellness enthusiasts can enjoy a sunset yoga session on Baby Island, followed by a global culinary journey at Kula and an exciting bingo night at Todis Bar.

Day 6: The energy spikes with aqua Zumba and continues at a pool party with a resident DJ setting the vibe. Guests can partake in rice paper roll workshops, indulge in a spa mud scrub, and dine on a blend of American, Mexican, and Japanese cuisines. The day concludes with a dazzling LED show on the beach.

Day 7: As the week nears its end, guests can lose themselves in a festive Bachata dance party or find tranquility in a sound meditation session. The day’s adventures round off with canoe races for kids and a grilled feast at Kula, followed by dancing to beats at Beru Bar.
