Thursday, November 14, 2024 The Association for Cruise Tourism in the Cayman Islands has appointed Ellio Solomon as its new Executive Program Manager, a move that underscores ACT’s dedication to becoming the Cayman Islands’ premier private sector advocate for the cruise tourism industry. In his role, Solomon, a seasoned businessman, former legislator, and community leader, will leverage his experience in public engagement to showcase the economic and social value of cruise tourism in the Cayman Islands. With a cruise berthing referendum aligned with the General Elections on April 30, 2025, ACT, led by Solomon, aims to provide Caymanians with clear, fact-driven information on this pivotal issue.
