Actress Parvati Nair, who is currently featured in Thalapathy Vijay-led GOAT, is being investigated for allegedly abusing a worker. As per more details, the case was registered after a complaint was filed by the worker. The case was registered under sections 296(b), 115(2), and 351(2) BNS (Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita), after the worker, named Subhash Chandra Bose filed a complaint against the actress and five others.
According to details in a related document, Bose worked as a help at the KJR Studios and in 2022, he was asked to become the domestic help in Parvati Nair’s place. Going into more details on the report, items like a watch, a laptop, a camera and a mobile phone went missing from her place, during Bose’s tenure. She then filed a complaint against the helper alleging theft.
Now, he has revealed his side of the story, making shocking claims against the actress. Bose filed a complaint against Parvati Nair at the Teynampet Police Station, claiming that he was abused by the actress. According to the reports, the helper claimed when he returned to KJR Studios, Parvati Nair came to the place and slapped him, while the other five abused him verbally.
However, when no action was taken against them, he went to the Saidapet Court. So, after the orders of the Saidapet Magistrate Court, the officials registered an FIR against the actress and the others. An investigation is underway in the matter, added the reports.
