The heartbreaking admission from the blonde radio star, 43, came during a candid discussion with Tommy Little , 39, on their Carrie and Tommy Hit Network show. 'I've suffered from anxiety and panic attacks since I was about 20,' Carrie admitted 'There were so many jobs over the time that I've said no to and I look back and I think: "Oh my God, where could that have taken me?" Incredible opportunities because I was worried that something would set me off and that I'd be humiliated forever.' Carrie then revealed it was a desire to 'not let the anxiety win' that helped her to start overcoming it.

'Sometimes I'd want to like lean into the challenge and, and my brain would say: "No, don't let the anxiety win, like you can do this."
