If the Doniphan-Trumbull boys’ team could play an entire game of fast-break basketball, that would be just fine by the Cardinals’ head coach. The Cardinals looked like they could perform in that fashion, as D-T raced to a 74-25 win over St.Cecilia at Chapman Gym.

He was among ten D-T players to score. “I am really happy for Tycen. He’s been a player on the varsity level since he was a sophomore starter,” Buhr said.
The win over the Bluehawks came after the Cardinals fell to unbeaten Holdrege 67-53 on Tuesday. Also this week, D-T had some injuries in basketball practice. Buhr liked the way his team bounced back against STC.
“I thought our kids showed up and took care of .
