Tuesday, August 20, 2024 Canyon Ranch , the iconic wellness brand, unveiled today their latest program, LONGEVITY8TM, a pioneering initiative designed to enhance both lifespan and health span. Crafted from a foundation of eight guiding principles and leveraging cutting-edge technology and a human-centric approach, LONGEVITY8 encapsulates strategies ranging from Integrative Medicine to Strength and Endurance. This comprehensive four-day experience allows guests at Canyon Ranch to partake in 15 diagnostic assessments, evaluating over 200 health markers such as blood analysis, cancer screenings, and genetic tests.

Conducted at their advanced medical facility in Tucson, the program includes tests like VO2 Max and DEXA Body Composition among others, aimed at maximizing both lifespan and the quality of health. Launching exclusively at the Canyon Ranch facility in Tucson from November 10 to 14, 2024, the program costs $20,000 per individual or $36,000 for couples. This fee includes a four-night stay, all meals, over 30 daily activities, all diagnostic tests, educational workshops, consultations, and comprehensive health and wellness services.

Additional sessions are scheduled for December 8 to 12, 2024, with ten more planned for 2025. “LONGEVITY8 thoroughly and thoughtfully provides the road map for the entire journey to live younger longer and is strongly based on our focus on the totality of body, mind and spirit,” said Canyon Ranch CEO, Mark Rivers . “Canyon Ranch is cutting through much of the noise in the longevity space that is not necessarily based on the complete science of healthy living.

We know that longevity is the ultimate human endeavor and while tools and technology are critical, we know that expertise, human connection, and total perspective may be most important of to a life of health and happiness.” LONGEVITY8 incorporates 18 personalized consultations along with a six-month sequence of virtual follow-ups and appointments, facilitated by Canyon Ranch’s esteemed team of board-certified doctors, licensed experts, and seasoned service providers. This program offers direct access to professional consultations in areas such as physician services, spiritual wellness, behavioral and emotional health support, dietary and nutritional coaching, sports performance analytics, sleep studies, and additional health disciplines.

“Extending lifespan while improving health span has never been more important, particularly for Generation X as we age and begin to see our parents living longer but not necessarily healthier,” said Rivers . “Only 20-40% of factors that determine lifespan are inherited genetically. This means 60-80% of these elements are trainable and adaptable based on lifestyle adjustments in mind, body and spirit, which is where the principals of LONGEVITY8 can make a direct impact.
