The Friends of Mill Road Bridge 2 group is fundraising to support the legal action – with work to install the bus gate scheduled to start on November 11 . A Traffic Regulation Order (TRO) to introduce a modal filter on the bridge was approved at a Cambridgeshire County Council meeting in October.
It will see the bridge closed.
