In contrast, the priciest street saw three go for more than £3million. Researchers looked at price data from HM Land Registry since 2019 to see where the highest and lowest-priced homes are located across Cambridge postcodes .
They found some of the highest valued homes across the region in roads including Wordsworth Grove, Barrow Road and Barrow Road. At the other end of the scale, s ome of the cheapest residential streets in Cambridge include Havenfield. The analysis by p rofessional fast sales company Property Solvers tracked average sold prices.

Researchers also said they only ranked the streets that had over three sales. On Wordsworth Grove (CB3), three properties sold for an average of £3,133,333.
In Barrow Road (CB2), four properties sold for an average of £3,053,750. Barrow Road also saw three properties sell for an average of £2,766,666, Property Solvers said. It named some of Cambridge's cheapest streets as Havenfield (CB4), where 14 properties sold for an average of £106,149 and Pagram Way (CB4), where six properties sold for an average of £121,375.
And on Chieftain Way (CB4), five properties sold for an average of £122,300. Researchers said other roads that were not included were also notable for their prices. Property Solvers co-founder Ruban Selvanayagam said: “To keep the data less skewed, we only ranked the streets that had over three sales.
It’s therefore worth noting that, in recent years, a property on Storeys Way (CB3) sold for £5,500,000 and, at the other end of the market, there were properties that sold for £70,500 and under on Pagram Way (CB4), Chieftain Way (CB4) and Alice Bell Close (CB4)."
