On Wednesday, July 10, Calm at Rainbow, a luxury apartment complex created by Black Mountain Communities and managed by Nevada’s third largest full-service real estate property management company, WestCorp Management Group, hosted an exclusive celebration to unveil its latest luxurious apartments.
