Marcelino Olguin, his wife, Rosa, and daughter Lennys entered guilty pleas following a court appearance on Thursday at the Superior Court in Riverside, California .

According to The Press Enterprise , Marcelino pleaded guilty to multiple counts of lewd acts on a child, one of false imprisonment and one count of injuring a child. He will be sentenced to seven years behind bars as part of his plea agreement, his attorney Paul Grech told the outlet, and will be required to register as a sex offender. Meanwhile, his wife Rosa and daughter Lennys both admitted to three counts of willful child cruelty and one count each of false imprisonment and intimidating.

The two now face sentences of four years of probation and a four-year suspended sentence for their part in the abuse of children from the notorious Turpin case. Marcelino and Rosa Olguin are pictured at their arraignment in 2021 for child abuse charges against multiple foster children in December The Turpin family made headlines in 2018 after 13 siblings were rescued from their parents' 'house of horrors' in Perris, where they were forced to live under horrific, abusive conditions Olguin, seen here in 2022, will be sentenced to seven years behind bars as part of his plea agreement Six members of the Turpin family, headed by David and Louise Turpin, were placed in their care after being rescued from abusive conditions in their parents' home . Marcelino had targeted two of the girls, one of whom was under 14 at the time, for 'sexual touching' on their buttocks and thighs more than 50 times.

Authorities said that the Olguins forced children in their care to eat their own vomit and sit alone for hours on end and told them to kill themselves. One of the male Turpin children was singled out for extra abuse and repeatedly imprisoned in his bedroom, investigators said.

All of them were also threatened with never seeing their older siblings again if they didn't comply with the wishes of the Olguins'. Besides the members of the Turpin family, the Olguins were also fostering another four children. A five-year-old girl in their car was given sleeping pills and forced to stand while the trio rang bells in her ears and and sprayed water in her face so she couldn't sleep.

One investigator said: 'This was 'all while repeating the revenge phrase; "You don't let us sleep, we're not letting you sleep".' The girl, identified in documents only as V#1, was locked inside her room for nine hours a day and left in a spoiled diaper. David and Louise ate fast food in front of their children, who were only allowed one meal per day at one point.

They would chain the siblings to filthy beds if they tried to steal food David (left) and Louise Turpin (right) pleaded guilty to 14 counts of torture and other abuse in 2019 and were sentenced to 25 years to life in prison Investigators said she was beaten with sandals, choked and thrown down several steps, causing her to lose her front tooth. The Olguins were both certified foster carers and had been approved to take the Turpin children by the Riverside County Children's Services Division. Earlier this year it was revealed that the Turpin sibling are seeking a settlement from care providers after their ordeal with the Olguins.

Their lawyer Elan Zektser said earlier this year that he hopes lawsuits filed in 2022 against Riverside County and foster service ChildNet will reach 'shocking' sums. The Turpin story shocked the nation in 2018 when Jordan Turpin, then 17, escaped her disturbing family home and led police to her 12 siblings . Inside, officers found the home covered in trash, dead pets, and dirt, with Jordan's siblings found chained up, malnourished and abused.

They had been only allowed one shower a year, restricted to one meal a day, and a near-total blackout in communication from the outside world. For years, the siblings' diet consisted of nothing but two slices of bread with peanut butter or bologna. The couple were also accused of taunting their children with pies and other food that they were forbidden to eat.

David Turpin is now in protective custody in Corcoran State Prison. His wife is serving out her sentence in the Central California Women's Prison Deputies testified that the children said they were only allowed to shower once a year The Turpin family began taking trips to Las Vegas and renewed their vows in an Elvis Chapel in 2011, 2013, and 2015 The Turpin parents chowed down on fast food in front of them, chaining the children to filthy beds if they tried to steal food. The Turpin offspring weren't allowed to play like normal children and were deprived of things other kids had, including toys and games.

David and Louise would later plead guilty to 14 counts of sickening abuse, including a charge of torture , and are both serving life in prison. The 13 siblings were between the ages of 2 and 29 when their ordeal finally came to an end six years ago, however their malnourished state led police to initially believe they were all minors. Harrowing footage captured the moment Jordan was able to call a 911 dispatcher , where she warned: 'My two little sisters right now are chained up.

' After a stint in hospital the underage siblings were then placed in the foster care system and ultimately in the home ran by Marcelino Olguin. Several of the siblings have since changed their names to rid themselves of the stigma of being a victim in the high-profile case.
