Known for its inventive Korean-American menu and standout dishes like the gluten-free "Golden Nugget" fried chicken with caviar, the restaurant has become a magnet for food enthusiasts willing to do anything for a table.
But now, Cadillac (yes, the car company) is offering an unexpected way to bypass the waitlist and experience COQODAQ's renowned cuisine—all from the interior of a specially outfitted ESCALADE IQ . For two nights only, January 31 and February 1, Cadillac's "The Cadillac of Reservations" will turn the all-electric SUV into an intimate dining venue. Parked just outside the restaurant, the SUV's second row will serve as a private dining space for a select few.
Each evening will feature five private seatings for two, creating an exclusive opportunity for those lucky enough to snag a reservation. The experience offers more than just a change of scenery for dinner. COQODAQ, led by Simon Kim of Gracious Hospitality Management and Executive Chef Seung Kyu Kim, has built a reputation for its sustainably sourced, high-quality dishes that merge Korean and American flavors.
This special event will bring COQODAQ's most iconic dishes, like the aforementioned "Golden Nugget" fried chicken, to diners in an entirely new setting—one designed to feel intimate and unique. The chicken nugget.
