Several industry associations, including the Jammu Chamber of Commerce and Industry (JCCI), have praised the Union Budget for being "well-balanced" and introducing various initiatives on the tourism sector. They have expressed optimism that the government will take steps to develop a major tourism hub in the region. JCCI President Arun Gupta suggested that the government should include provisions for establishing public sector enterprises to promote industrial growth and create job opportunities in the union territory.

"The budget is well-balanced, with attention given to crucial sectors such as defence, health, agriculture, development, exports, women, youth, the lower middle class, and the 'Make in India' initiative," he remarked.
