We love you forever.' In the video, Charlie said: 'It's time for one last adventure together. We want to thank you for all the love and support over the years.

You've been the best fans that anyone could ask for. 'We've been working on some new surprises for this tour, we cannot wait to share this final chapter.' The boys were seated in a studio for the video as they joked they 'hadn't been on camera' in such a long time.

Their announcement was interpolated with footage from their concerts packed with screaming fans and then a new set of tour dates flashed up. Their farewell concerts will take place across September, with 13 dates in total. Just five of the shows will take place in the UK and the rest of them will be in Europe, apart from the final show which will be in the capital city of Japan.
