Organising a wedding is often a stressful experience and it can be made worse by meddling relatives. One bride had to find this out the hard way when her mum had issues with who was and wasn't invited to her upcoming nuptials. The 32-year-old woman explained that she had been planning her big day since getting engaged to her fiancé, 27, around a year ago.
She revealed that her family haven't been making things easy, as they had issues with the proposed venue being 'too far' and her choice of food. She added: "My family has been fighting me every step of the way." Even the bride-to-be's family members tried to tell her what dress she had to wear.
It's clear things were bubbling under the surface and things finally came to a head when the woman was having breakfast with her mother and grandmother. "My mother casually said something along the lines of a list of people she was going to invite," her post on Reddit continued.
