As the summer festival season is nearly at an end, Wasing Estate in Berkshire is set to host the inaugural EarthPercent Presents Equinox, a three-day celebration of music, nature and thought-provoking talks from September 20-22. Wasing Estate custodian Josh Dugdale said: “Following the success of our event at Summer Solstice, this new event, Equinox, represents the next step in our evolution where we celebrate those who are working so hard to protect our planet.” Backed by the legendary Brian Eno, this first-of-its-kind event promises mesmerising music, evocative talks, nature connection, wild swimming & woodland sauna – a weekend of music & more, featuring performances by British-Indian composer, producer and multi-instrumentalist Nitin Sawhney, psychedelic electronic music project Shpongle, Mercury Prize nominated folk singer/interpreter Sam Lee and many others.

“Equinox is an exciting collaboration with the folk at Wasing,” says Eno. “It will be a deep dive into nature connection and the importance of protecting this precious planet. There’ll be an eclectic array of artists, talks and workshops on climate and nature connection, as well as the chance to enjoy the beautiful surroundings of the Wasing Estate.

” Festival-goers have the opportunity to attend curated talks and hear from experts, including a rare UK appearance by renowned mycologist Paul Stamets. This gathering not only marks the seasonal transition but also supports EarthPercent, a charity founded by Eno to combat climate change. Tickets on sale at www.
