23, at the Elks Lodge, 631 S. Locust. The menu includes chicken noodle, chili and ham and bean soups, in addition to a variety of desserts.
There will also be a book sale so that people can stock up on reading material before winter arrives. The meal can be obtained with a freewill donation. Proceeds will be used for hurricane relief.
