A ten-year-old boy has died after becoming unwell at a trampoline park in South Lanarkshire. Emergency crews were called to Flip Out Glasgow in Rutherglen's Southcroft Road shortly before 11am on Sunday. The youngster was taken by ambulance to the Royal Hospital for Children in Glasgow, where he was pronounced dead.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "The child's death is being treated as unexplained, although there are not thought to be any suspicious circumstances." A report will be submitted to the procurator fiscal. The centre posted a statement online following the incident, confirming it was currently closed.
