Chef Pranav, celebrated for his innovative approach and a knack for blending audacious, vivid flavors, crafts a Diwali dining adventure that transforms the traditional meal into an awe-inspiring epicurean event. His inaugural Diwali feast unfolds over four courses, each a testament to his flair for ingenuity and reverence for culinary heritage.

The menu is thoughtfully assembled to please both vegetarian and non-vegetarian tastes. Begin your feast with the Peri Peri Tandoori Soya Chap, a vegetarian reinterpretation of the classic tandoori, spiced up with zesty peri-peri. Alternatively, the Chowki Dahi aur Karai Subji offers a comforting concoction of dairy and vegetables, marrying rich textures with robust flavors.



Meat lovers will revel in the succulent Mutton Ghjhia Ki Chaat and the luxurious Kashmiri Murgh Kofta, each dish paying homage to traditional Diwali feasts while introducing a touch of creative flair. The celebration extends to dessert, where Chef Pranav presents options like the Very Berry Ghewar, a colorful and contemporary twist on a classic, or the Akhrot Chocolate Halwa, a fusion of walnut and chocolate that captures the festive spirit of indulgence. Available from the 22nd of October to the 4th of November, from 6:00 PM to Midnight, the menu not only aims to elevate your Diwali din.
