A multi-award-winning Bolton restaurant is celebrating its third-year anniversary with a glamorous launch event. Ayaan’s restaurant , at 44-46 Old Road in Astley Bridge , saw over 500 people gather on Friday (October 25) evening to commemorate its grand re-launch. The opulent evening saw live performances from dancers, fire-breathers, stilt walkers and dhol drummers, a festive instrument that originates from the Punjabi region in South Asia.

An open bar was available for guests serving a range of colourful fruit mocktails, as well as a large buffet serving a variety of delicious dishes such as lamb sookha bhuna, massala and rogan josh, all of which are available on Ayaan’s menu. (Image: Leah Collins) The restaurant is known for its authentic Pakistani Indian cuisine including sharing platters, sea food, grilled meats, traditional desi dishes and old school favourite dishes.
